Software Engineer (Sql)

We are looking for a Database / Report Developer for IT Application Development Department. This person will be part of the Technical Team and play an active role in database and reporting related development activities.

**Activities will include**:
Writing SQL scripts/ stored procedures/ SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS packages) to load test/seed data from spreadsheets in SQL Server database

designing and developing reports in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) sourced by stored procedures on SQL-Server 2012 databases to source report data

The developer should have a very good understanding of relational database design and in-depth skills in TSQL programming.

Strong understanding of relational database concepts and vision, with proven ability in writing complex and effiecient SQL Queries

Experience creating, maitaining and deploying SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages

3+ years SQL Server Reporting Services development experience

Hands on experience using VB.net, Java, and Talend

Experience using Team Foundation Server for Source Control

SQL 2008 R2/SQL 2012 experience

Strong oral and written communication skills
