We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join our IT Global team as Solution Lead IT Audience, based in Jakarta. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' As an IT Solutions Lead, you'll take accountability over strategic implementation and management of our audience management technologies. You'll ensure that SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) for identity management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and Borealis for key stakeholders' management are optimized to enhance our stakeholder engagement and drive business success. Accountability: - Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP CDC, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Borealis for corporate teams - Manage the CRM strategies and processes to support corporate stakeholders - Oversee the development and execution of audience management solutions - Ensure the integrity and security of customer data across platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with business objectives - Drive continuous improvement and keep industry best practices. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as an IT Solutions Lead or similar role. - Strong understanding of CRM and audience management solutions. - Hands-on experience with SAP CDC and Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to translate complex IT concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent in English, both oral and written.
