**What you will do**:
Executes daily basic HR activities across assigned locations covering multiple HR areas. Assists in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures. Provides other HR support as needed. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 Years suggested minimum experience.
**How you will do it**:
- Perform end to end HR process and employee support including talent management, talent development, payroll and employee benefit, employee engagement, HR policies, HR administration and other HR activities.
- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with employees and other HR functions and wider HR team such as, HRSSC, HRBP, Talent Acquisitions, Total Rewards, Leadership team, etc. to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.
- External communications with third party such as vendors, government related, legal counsel, etc.
- Ensure Integrity and compliance according to the company policies with regards to HR works.
- Perform HR reporting data analyses and provide HR advice to the local team.
- Support and promote Johnson Control's works of ethic, philosophy and culture.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Good knowledge and work experiences in key HR Processes, Roles, and Responsibilities across the entire HR Lifecycle (min 5 years of experience)
- Good understanding of Labor Legislations
- Good understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Engagement, etc.
- Proven to be a self-starter, responsible, people skills and resilient.
- Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
- Good spoken and written in English.
- Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
- Able to travel if needed.
