Details of the offer

**Responsibility**:

- Maintain physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts and MPP requests
- Update internal database with new hiring information
- Recap Pettycash Records and other minor expenses
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies
- Collect payroll data such as bank accounts and days worked
- Publish and delete job ads
- Prepare meeting schedules and HR and Finance Department
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR related metrics such as total number of employees by department
- Develop training and orientation materials
- Helping the HRGA and Finance Functions to be better
- Assisting Other Operations relating to HRGA and Finance

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Administration or in any related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience(s)
- Has knowledge about PP21, BPJS, and UU ketenagakerjaan.
- Good knowledge of HR and HR Admin
- Proficient in English language (oral and written)
- Excellent communication including responsiveness, proactiveness, coordination, and cooperation
- Generating innovative ideas

Willing to WFO (Senayan, Jakarta Selatan)

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Upah: Dari Rp5.500.000 per bulan
