OttoDigital is part of Salim Group Digital Ecosystem (Financial Technology) - aims to empower "the underserved" and "the unbanked" population through integrated implementation of the Group digital payment ecosystem. We are digital platform and solution to businesses and enterprises, enabling various digital transactions on their services to better serve consumers.
**Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:
a. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
b. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand client needs thoroughly.
c. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
**Stakeholder Management and Communication**:
a. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges.
b. Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.
c. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
**Solution Implementation Support**:
a. Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the implementation phase.
b. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
c. Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to assist end-users in adopting new technologies or processes.

a. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Team Leadership and Mentorship
a. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of business analysts, fostering their professional development and growth.
b. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring equitable distribution of workload and alignment with team members' strengths and skillsets.
c. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements to promote a positive and supportive team culture.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial technology, supply chain, or mobile network operator sectors.
Strong proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Writing and verbal fluency in English.
