Ringkasan Fungsi:
Oversees activities of a group of technical specialists providing existing product support to Sales and Cabot current and prospective customers.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Manages activities of Technical Sales support staff ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of product information, advice, and resolution of product issues
- Act as connector between market expectation and Cabot capabilities by constant discussion with Cabot R&D team
- Plans and organizes resources to ensure appropriate coverage and participation in account visits with Sales team
- Works closely with our R&D lab and regional tech service teams to share the customer queries, obtain technical advice from internal R&D teams and share back with customer
- Facilitates introduction of new products or grades, negotiating quality specifications by overseeing customer trials and obtaining technical approvals. Ensures resolution of product problems.
- Supports efforts to implement and maintain the requirements of technical specification, as applicable to the site/region
