Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the solution and gather feedback from users, ensure that the developed solution meets the defined business requirements and adheres to quality standards and user needs
Experience with business modeling and process mapping tools.
Familiarity with software development methodologies.
Experience in providing user training.
