Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree.

Conversation level English.

Minimum 10 years of experience as Store Development in B2C business with minimum 2 years of managerial position, able to open 30 new stores yearly for Mall in entire Indonesia.

Experienced and proven experience in negotiating the best deal and planned research (not just a possible area but potential area with a great investment ahead).

Have strong connection with mall (developer) for new shop opening (in case no vacancy in Mall as well, need to check mall side to check future vacancy potentiality).

Willing to travel around Indonesia.

Good communication, proactive, smart and good management skill.

Tanggung Jawab

Oversee and in charge of store acquisition and development activities.

Research areas which are potential for store openings.

Reach yearly store acquisition target (30 stores per year).

Strategize for development and provide advice to management (check actual customer's number and estimate sales and profit, and negotiate with rent price according to profit situation then proposing management).

Develop store numbers with logical and calculated cost and high return investment in mind.

Negotiate with the land, mall or area owner to have the best deal.

Supervise and review contract draft.

Manage and supervise subordinates in the same division.
