As Store Leader your main responsibility is the daily supervision and operations of the store's front end, ensuring the store is running smoothly and providing exceptional customer service to both the customers and business partners with the details below:
1. **Merchandising and Customer Experience**:
- Develop the team to merchandise the store effectively, making it easy for customers to find what they need.
- Create a welcoming and caring environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Serve as the liaison between the Home Office and the boutique.
2. **Sales and Financial Goals**:
- Achieve budgeted sales targets.
- Manage payroll and inventory effectively.
- Monitor and analyze trends in purchasing-related areas.
3. **Leadership and Team Development**:
- Lead by example, actively supporting total store priorities.
- Establish yourself as an available and engaged leader.
- Develop and coach teams to enhance performance.
4. **Operational Excellence**:
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with the Home Office and other stakeholders.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and any staff issues in a timely manner.
- Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
- Assisting with the development of new sales strategies.
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- Take ownership of store sales goals and provide expertise to help meet sales goals
- Collaborate with management to create and implement sales projects
- Building and maintaining a positive work environment for all associates
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Store Development, or similar roles
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles
- Proven knowledge and expertise in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with Associate's in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented and focused on results, including a desire to ensure sales goals are either met or exceeded
- Experience to use point-of-sale systems is preferable
- Basic skills with common computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Fluent in English (listening, writing, speaking, and reading), and skills in other languages are plus points
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Able to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Be able to proactively identify and analyze problems and propose commercial solutions
**Experience**:
- Retail Fashion Industry: 3 years (required)
- Senior Sales Associate: 3 years (preferred)
