From representing cool talents, HashEntertainment Group envisions to debut Music Video and shows.**Job description**- Manage daily store operations.- Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and feedback are handled promptly & appropriately.- Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.- Manage training of new staff in accordance with our service standards.- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).**Requirements**:- Proven working experience as assistant or Store Manager mínimal 2 years in Entertainment or E-commerce Industry.- Fluent both in written & spoken English.- Can work well under pressure & have flexible working hour.- Strong managerial & communication skills.- Strong commitment to service excellence.- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6).- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).Don't forget to check out our website!Follow us on:We wish you the best.
