Store Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Manage and be responsible for the daily store operation including sales, display, merchandising, inventory, customer survey etc.

2. Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales target.

3. Able to develop relationships with existing/new designers and customer, and able to introduce new products.

4. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.

5. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. 30 - 35 year old.

2. At least 5 (five) years of experience in retail industry with Luxury Brand, preferably with at least 3 (three) years minimum as a Store Manager.

3. Have a good interpersonal skills, good at problem solving and strong leadership.

4. Strong written and communication skills, fluent in English, able to communicate well with all staff and management.

5. Results-driven, high initiative skills and the ability to work under pressure.

7. Willing to work in shifts, weekends/public holidays.
