The Strategic Project Specialist will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of programs related to HIV and HPV diagnostic testing, requiring a deep understanding of public health, diagnostics, and policy-making. This role involves leading efforts to expand testing, improve access, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers and government agencies. Occasional travel to field sites, conferences, and partner organizations may be required, and candidates should be adaptable to changing health priorities while thriving in a collaborative and diverse environment. The Opportunity Oversee the operational execution of HIV and HPV diagnostic services, ensuring optimal quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing services, ensuring consistent monitoring and evaluation of impact.
Build and maintain partnerships with government bodies, healthcare institutions, international agencies, and community organizations to promote the availability and uptake of HIV and HPV testing.
Advocate for policies that improve access to and affordability of diagnostic services.
Work closely with market access, marketing, commercial, and outreach teams to drive testing volume.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards for diagnostics.

Who you are Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Public Health, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MPH, MBA, Ph.D.) preferred.
Project management experience or skills are preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in public health, diagnostics, or healthcare services, specifically focusing on HIV/HPV testing or related areas.
Proven experience in strategic leadership and program management within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with governments, NGOs, and global health organizations.
