**About the role**:
GrabAds is building its Strategy and Partnerships team to drive ecosystem partnerships and various monetisation initiatives to support the growing needs of Grab's internal and external partners.
This role will drive and lead partnership strategy, implementation and adoption of partner products, technologies and services.
As the **Strategy and Partnerships Associate **,
- Strategy and Planning:

- You will be an integral member of the regional Strategy, Partnerships & Finance team based in Singapore.
You are expected to develop a keen understanding of our P&L (i.e.
revenue and cost drivers, product strategy, and sales strategy).
You will work closely with the Program Management Office to build, maintain and execute on key senior leadership facing corporate cadences
- You will be responsible for the creation, management and sharing of industry insights relevant to Grab.
You will perform tactical data mining, desktop research, and and in-depth business analysis on regional and global companies to provide insights to senior management, to facilitate formulation of business strategies (e.g.
identify trends and patterns in data to generate business insights relating to sales performance, client behavior, client segmentation, product sales behavior, transaction patterns, etc.).
- Business and Tech Partnerships Development:

- You will contribute to the strategy and lead the execution of external and internal partnerships for GrabAds.
- You will be expected to lead all inbound Ad tech partnerships conversations, and align with the product roadmap to help accelerate current efforts, and proactively sourcing partnerships to solve for the needs now and for the future state of our business.
- You will be responsible for partnership roadmap planning - both short & long term, partner assessment frameworks, decision making criteria frameworks and incubating other supporting initiatives.
- You will be incubating and formalizing ideas, sourcing technology companies, and driving deal closure.
- You will work closely with API partners and ecosystem partners to drive innovation and growth.
- End-to-End Strategic initiative management
- You will be responsible for scenario and business case planning and presentation to the leadership team.
- You will own the financial forecasting for partnerships which include creation of business models, assessing monetisation opportunities, understanding scale, technical integration and accounting.
- You will own the end-to-end execution of projects as well as manage multiple projects at the same time.
- You will lead the training and adoption of new technologies and work with the sales enablement team.
- You will drive the creation of integrated ad solutions across Sales, Strategy, Product, and Technology.
- You will be responsible for incubating new monetisation models and scaling ideas to drive growth.
- You will manage the timely communication of the status and progress made on all initiatives.
**In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have**:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, mobile apps, publishers, social or advertising companies.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and strongly recommended by peers.
- Experience in strategic planning and strong business acumen, project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously.
- Exceptional technology and analytical skills to drive both client and partner-side implementations of partnerships and new monetisation initiatives.
- Experience in implementing value generating partnerships within agencies, publishers or on behalf of a client.
- Knowledge of bidding technologies, measurement partners, supply partners and data partners is a must.
- The ability to think strategically, be organised, problem solve effectively and orchestrate a wide breadth of strategic and recurring initiatives, as well as the grit and attention to detail to deep dive into certain topics as required.
