Thinks both long (6-12 months) and short term (1-3 months) strategySomeone very creative, can think of out of the box ideas and knows how to turn those ideas into realitySomeone who thinks from first principles -- being comfortable with the lack of numbers and too many numbers and turning ambiguities into clear facts and plansSomeone with great excel/ financial modeling skills -- will be in charge of toplineCan come from strategy consulting and/or high growth tech4 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, product management, and/ or digital transformation projects3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm;Experience building or deploying content management systems and/or workflow or project management toolsAbility to partner with cross-functional business partners, engineering teams and senior management, to identify and define short term and long term solutions to operational challengesAbility to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etcExcellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issuesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
