This opportunity arises within a dynamic environment that values clear communication, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to provide strategic insights on the industry, competitors, trends, challenges, and opportunities.- Prepare and deliver clear presentations with strategic insights to the management team.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company's strategic goals.- Assist the Chief of Strategy in designing a robust growth strategy for company.- Lead the review process and deliverables for Group strategy, providing recommendations on top strategic issues and opportunities.- Work with the senior team to define and communicate key strategic directions.- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including business, operations/IT, product, and finance, to monitor the progress of the implementation roadmap.- Design and implement strategies, business models, and implementation roadmaps for the company product.- Onboard relevant departments to ensure the successful implementation of agreed initiatives.- Define and monitor target letters in accordance with the company governance.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related corporate strategy functions or consulting.- Managerial and Leadership training.- Project Management training.- Strategic Thinking training.- Deep understanding of competitive strategy development.- Expertise in General Insurance (GI) and Health Insurance.- Strong stakeholder management skills.- Managerial and Leadership skills.- Strategic Thinking skills.- Clear, concise communication skills adaptable to different hierarchical levels, from execution teams to CEO and director level.- Hands-on and result-oriented approach.- Proactive problem-solving mindset.- Fluent in English, both oral and written.- Very independent, capable of working as a solo contributor, and able to collaborate effectively with teams.**Call to Action**:
