Students and teachers will be part of a thriving education community attracting diverse student cohorts from across Indonesia and globally.Navitas as a Global Education provider will lead the operational delivery of the campus, building on its existing partnerships with both universities.**ABOUT THE ROLE**The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative and student support services to the DLI campus across a broad range of academic, student services and administrative functions.The position acknowledges the interdependence of student and academic related matters, the importance of front counter student facing activities and back-office administration, as well as the need for areas of specialisation.**THE PERSON WE SEEK MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience OR significant work experience within the education industry or related area, including experience in the Indonesian education system.- Account Receivable experience.- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities.- Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skills.- Demonstrated ability to relate well to students, professional and academic staff.- Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues.- Sense of responsibility and commitment to education.- Digital literacy (e.g. student information system or database, or customer relationship management systems) and experience.- Excellent communication skills.**DESIRABLE**:- Work experience in a higher education environment.- Demonstrated conversational fluency in English and Indonesian.**HOW TO APPLY**If you would like to apply, please submit your resume including a brief outline of your skills and experience as they relate to the role.
