Supervises and manages a team of technicians to repair and maintain EDC Android devices. Conducts quality control on repair work by testing EDC devices with pairing simulations and transaction tests. Provides training and development to the team of technicians. Able to communicate with vendors or EDC device manufacturers for repair and device development (improvement). Able to classify the type of EDC device damage into light, medium, and heavy categories.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in repairing and maintaining EDC devices
Ensure the quality and efficiency of repairs.
Classify the type of repair damage into light, medium, and heavy categories.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to EDC Android devices.
Provide training and development to the team of technicians.
Coach technicians and the team
Evaluate the performance and performance of the team of technicians.
Prepare reports and documentation for management regarding the repair and maintenance of EDC Android devices.
Coordinate with other departments related to the repair and maintenance of EDC Android devices.
Understand the Quality Procedures for Repair and Maintenance of EDC Android Devices and be able to create SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure) for EDC Android devices.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with EDC device vendors or manufacturers for repair and improvement of EDC devices.
**Education**: Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors in the field of Electronics and Robotics
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of work experience in repairing and maintaining EDC Android devices or mobile phones
Possess knowledge and experience in repairing EDC or Android mobile devices, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
Able to use electronic measuring instruments (multitester, oscilloscope, and other electronic tools)
Able to troubleshoot and repair damage to EDC Android devices or mobile phones.
Have good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Have leadership and mentoring skills.
Able to work with tight targets and deadlines.
Possession of a training certificate in repairing and maintaining EDC Android devices or mobile phones from an authorized vendor or official certification body will be an added value.
