We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Supervisor Branch Operations Support (BOP)**
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible to manage and handling transaction at the branch, including queries from customer, through counter teller follow SOP and procedure, update KYC and profile customer, update data, follow up and ensure to seek solution if there is any obstacle or issue related transaction or operational, record and manage data of wealt transaction and all documents is valid, complete and update, back up for Teller if needed, doing daily activity such as custodian and handling SDB
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Has minimum 2 years working in Retail Banking Sales or Relationship Management
- Hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- High Integrity, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have basic knowledge of basic banking transacation including cash handling, handling bank's clerical and administrative duties
