- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, merchandising, art or related field.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi

- Designing and creating meaningful designs with attention to the comfort of the wearer as well as the integrity of the Laskala identity.
- Perform market research, understand market trend in Fashion Production on Apparel & Fashion
- Planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating product or design strategies to perform brand product
