Responsibilities;
1) Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
2) Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.
3) Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
4) Assist manage restaurant team to provide customers with the highest quality products, excellent service and cleanliness - QSC.
5) Assistant of management of restaurant float, petty cash, sales money and stock; Cash Handling & Restaurant Security Policy to be followed.
6) Monitor and manage costs to ensure profitability.
7) Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are all met
8) Motivate, supervise, coach, develop Subordinate staff
9) Uphold all company policies and standards and must ensure all the staff are follow the outlet SOP and always maintained the hygiene & cleanliness.
10) Immediately response on customer's feedback or any inconvenience at outlet and being reporting the issue to respective person.
11) To coach and supervise the Outlet staff within their specified district in daily operations as well as on products and services.
Qualifications;
a) Diploma / Bachelors Degree in any related fields. Qualification in Food Tech is an advantage. HACCP, Halal & Food Handler trainer are highly welcomed.
c) Flexibility in working hours shift, weekends, weekdays and public holidays and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
d) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
e) Young, outgoing, team player and hungry for growth!

h) Able to converse in multiple language fluently & confidently Possess own transport and able to travel as needed.
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,300,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- supervisor F&B: 1 year (preferred)
