**Duties**:
The HR Supervisor Performance and Award Unit (PAU) is the head of the PAU in the Bi-Mission (U.S. Mission to Indonesia and U.S. Mission to ASEAN) Human Resources Office. The incumbent plays leadership and management role for the unit, which is a part of the Bi-Mission Indonesia's expert and centralized point of contact on LE Staff performance management, Merit Based Compensation (MBC) and Bi-Mission Awards program. The incumbent is responsible for providing consultative, operational and policy advise and service in the areas of poor performance, conduct issues, MBC related issues and awards program. He/she conducts training on performance management, MBC and EEO. The incumbent manages the HR role during the position management process for all LE Staff positions Indonesia-wide. The incumbent is supervised by the Jakarta Human Resources Officers and supervises two (2) HR Assistants in the PAU.

**EXPERIENCE**: Six years of experience in a Human Resources or customer service field solving problems for customers is required.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
