Supplier Management - Business Development, Shopee

Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Responsible for acquiring and maintaining good working relationships with SMB and Large sellers/suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, quantity, SLA, and other commercial needs
- Manage end to end process including but not limited to product sample, production, and inbound
- Support administration duties such as seller/supplier and product registration

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any field, coupled with at least 2+ years of working experience
- Hands on experience in managing SMB and Large accounts; experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Proficient in English and Indonesian to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders
