Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Supply Chain Development Analyst you will be responsible to drive &capture distribution cost savings opportunities through eliminate, combine, reduce, and simplify approach. Provide problem solving covering data analysis, root cause identification and proposed solution also support technology journey in supply chain through automation, analytic and digitalization to consistently improve efficiency within value chain.
**A day of life of**
- Lead the Logistic Saving Project with DCs, Factories and BU in cross functional value chain to reduce waste and/or develop new ways of working
- Lead the Regular Review with DC, Factory Supply Chain and Corporate Supply Chain team to ensure All Cost Saving Projects are well maintained and updated in I-Nexus
- Be the I-Nexus Champion, SME in Digitalization, Analytics Tool and Lean Office in Supply Chain
- Challenge and eliminate Manual reporting in Supply Chain by tranforming them into Automatic Reporting system
- Drive Improvement and Efficiency through Analytic tools in Supply Chain Division (X-functional Dept) according to the business needs
- Continuously review current processes and seek for opportunity to fast track and simplify number of Activities through end-to-end Value chain analysis
- Contribute to Local and National Operation Excellence Award
- Strengthen Market Return Analysis through Automation and Analytics
**What makes you successful?**
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial or Informatic Engineer
- Experience in project work and able to coordinate and collaborate with a team.
- Experts in analytics and automation program (Power BI, Ms. Access, etc.)
- Experience in program management.
- Strong analytical skills
