**Job Description: Supply Chain Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the organization's supply chain strategy to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecast demand.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage performance.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Implement inventory control measures, including forecasting, demand planning, and safety stock management.
- Oversee scrap activity within the inventory management process, ensuring proper recording and disposal procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet changing demand.
- Evaluate and implement the most efficient warehousing strategy in line with changing business needs.
- Develop warehouse operations systems, including product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, workflows, manpower training, and space allocation.
- Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers (Domestic and International).
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce lead times and transportation costs.
- Serve as the Management Representative for ISO, SNI, or other relevant certifications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and SNI standards and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
- Monitor external factors such as geopolitical events, international trade conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess and improve supply chain performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Working experience with relevant software (e.g., SAP MM).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
- Experience with an International Company.
- Metrics monitoring skills.
**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
