**What will you do**:
- Own, understand & strengthen key value prop of the Supply chain service to enhance customer experience and build the tech product to serve all stakeholders.
- Provide in-depth analysis of our customers supply chain to look at ways to optimize the location of where products are held across our warehouse portfolio.
- Build out an offering where we can sell hyperlocalization to customers using advanced data analysis on optimal cost versus performance ratios.
- Build & develop the Supply Chain service : Target market development (Know Your Target)
- Go to market strategy, Customer journey & experience
- Develop & monitor end to end strategy
- Initiate key strategic initiatives
- Develop thorough business plan
- Project manage required teams to execute business plan
- Manage & responsible for P&L
- Understand current performance
- Create pathway to achieve P&L improvement
- Perform competitor analysis & benchmarking
**What are the requirements**:
- Suitable for you with collaborative spirit and great communicator with experience to influencing executive stakeholders, and creating growth for both parties
- At least 3 years previous experience in a Business Development / Partnership role ** (please di adjust sesuai requirements )
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
MBA/MS is a plus.
- Driven exponential growth in a product and/or marketing function
- Strong stakeholder management skills and can lead via influence
- Strong analytical skill, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Bahasa
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects.
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and build good working relationships
