**Duties**:
Under the direct supervision of the LE Staff Inventory/Supply Supervisor Pos. No. C52206, the incumbent is responsible for the establishment and implementation of physical inventory taking for both U.S. Embassy Jakarta and Consulate Medan, of Non-expendable and Expendable Property assets in the U.S Embassy and associated Agencies' Residences, Offices and 2 (two) warehouses in the ICASS Property Accounting and Warehousing, in conformance with the United States Government regulations. Works with an Inventory/Supply Supervisor in preparing procedures for annual inventories, participates in inventory process, conducts investigations to determine causes of inventory discrepancies by checking all property records (e.g., purchase orders, surveys, transfers, and other available sources), compiles information necessary for consideration in survey actions relating to loss, damage, or destruction of government-owned property. Identifies furniture, furnishings, appliances and equipment in need of cleaning, repairing, renovation, or replacing before the arrival of the new occupant. Inspects all residential property after pack-out but before departure of occupant and reports on condition of property and furnishings and reports any damaged or missing items.

LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This may be tested.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
