Svp Product - Fintech

**About the Company**:
Our client is a well established Financial Tech startup with high number of users in Indonesia. They are currently looking for SVP Product to work closely with C levels to drive the product initiatives

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Stay updated of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with tech, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development and successful product launches.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management within the financial technology industry, with at least 8 years of leadership experience.
- Strong track record of developing and launching successful fintech products.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English is a must.
