**Position Summary**

Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as System Solution Lead, you will be responsible to manage system & technology relate sales team, distributor and frontliner.
**A Day In The Life as System Solution Lead**
- Drive with developer for distributor system troubleshooting.
- Review and redesign business process in distributor, frontliner and sales team to improve data quality & business process effectiveness.
- Drive system implementation to all user, develop and manage all the system related with sales support under one platform, connecting commercial needs to system function.
- Authorities / approval system data changes. New Salesman, stock adjustment/ opname channel changes and backdated system
- Conduct & explore to have continuous improvement mindset in system understanding trough training, system guideline, and system simplify.
- Set detail requirement for system development plan. Conduct user acceptance test & socializing to user
- Aligning from system input, data output until PBI data report
- Aligning with other function e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial Development according to business needs and system implementation.
**What Makes You Successful**
- Experienced minimum 3 years in commercial or Information Technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales team.
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e., Commercial Development, Customer, Field
- Had experience in managing system & technology relate sales team, distributor and frontline.
