- Scheduling across staff in both local and regional offices and across multiple time zones

- Support hiring managers in execution in any way possible - make their lives easier

**You are great at multitasking**:
- You are organised: always on top of interviewing activity and sending prompt reminders
- You understand sensitive timelines: ensure hiring managers are submitting interview feedback on time
- You love a full calendar: adept at scheduling Xendit work trials
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
**What you will need**:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment operations or a high demand scheduling role, or relevant university degree in HR/Administration
You are passionate about process, and hyper organized - you're the most organized person you know and don't let things slip through the cracks
- Are not afraid to work with senior management and a culturally diverse workforce
- Know when to bend/be malleable, and be comfortable when it's time to enforce order
- Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
