**Responsibilities**
- Direct a variety of tax-related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives; these activities include: tax planning, research, compliance, tax submissions, reporting and filings, auditing, and communicating with external tax agencies
- Help to manage tax audit process and timely engage relevant stakeholders, including consultants to support the process including data collection and timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate the organizations current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Evaluate and advise on the automation of tax payment, reporting and reconciliation process.
- Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time for the group
- Manage tax forecast, quarterly tax provisions and other tax accounting related matters.
- Identify and manage the implementation of a range of tax process improvements to manage tax risk.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Tax with the Big 4 consultant
- Bachelor Degree that major on Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with tax compliance systems
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
- Ability to multi task work under pressure and meet deadline
- Have a good integrity, interpersonal, communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
