Bright Little Stars, the premier early childhood learning center catering to children aged three months to five years old. At Bright Little Stars, we believe in creating a nurturing environment where love and encouragement are at the forefront of our approach. Our curriculum has been thoughtfully crafted by renowned early education experts who have integrated the principles of Australia's Early Years Learning Framework and the renowned Maria Montessori methodology. Currently we are looking for:**Early Years Teacher****Responsibility**- Teaching and following a daily routine.- Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.- Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.- Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.- Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child.- Addressing the physical and emotional needs of the individual child or group.- Teaching 3 - 4 classes in a day (one-hour sessions) for children aged 6 months to 5 years old- Making lesson plans in accordance with our curriculum and format.- Keeping the workplace neat and tidy.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents- Make Observations for children's development.**Skills and requirements**- At least 2 years of experience in teaching- Good organization, time, and classroom management- creative and open to feedback, fast learner- Strong communication skills- Able to sing and dance or able to play a musical instrument- fluent in speaking English- gentle and happy to be around children**Salary**: From Rp3,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/20/2023
