Lead strategy planning for developing concepts, ideas, and plans for achieving objectives successfully especially in digital strategic
- Understand the nuances of Indonesian digital markets and landscape is critical
- Work directly with the client to understand their business, brand and challenges
- Lead development of insights to drive brand and client digital campaigns
- Gather, analyze and interpret the data and information from a variety of first
- and second-party data sources
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative information from the client and proposing recommendations that will have tangible marketing and business impact
- Synthesize information to provide thoughtful and well-written conclusions on which to develop a marketing and branding plan for the client
- Lead client business presentations, including to senior management and C-level executives
- Develop, write, and bring key insights to life in major presentations to the client
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, digital strategic planning or similar field
- Experience leading brand strategy - developing a brand proposals from scratch
- Good understanding of internet advertising technologies (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) and understand the marketing channel attribution model, and good understanding of social media management and strategies.
- Experience in creating and presenting presentations, structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to the client
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research to analyze and arrive at logical and insightful conclusions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate **clearly in both written and spoken English**.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization
- Ability to analyze reports (Google Analytics, Pixel), A/B Testing and communicate findings.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (design, photo, video) is a significant plu
