- Coordinating team operations, to ensure deliveries within the time estimates, and the business specifications and needs
- Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of team's projects (e.g., Proof of Concepts)
- Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping and giving advice to team members
- Overseeing and improving the team's skills and efficiency, and organizing the necessary training
- Participating in the definition of, and ensuring the implementation of development processes
