Technical And Engineering Manager

Job Description

1. Act as main interface with customer and with subcon technical and engineering team

2. Work out engineering schedule for all target sites and aligned it with customer and subcon

3. Coordinate with customer and subcon to conduct NAP location and POI location survey based on engineering schedule

4. Monitor and push subcon to create of FTTH designs with the proper construction techniques and Coordinate with customer for approval of plans and discuss issues and concerns

5. End to end BoQ/BOM of AFI/ABP management and coordinate with customer and subcon to update the design if needed

6. Review of submitted documents by subcontractor and ensure design quality

7. Compilation of documents for PAT/PAC

8. Other jobs assigned by GPM

Requirement

1 Bachelor's degree or above

2 Be familiar with FTTH project engineering work

3 With at least three years of related experience

4 Knowledgeable in Google Earth, AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D), and MS office (especially Excel and word)

5 Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment

6 Good at communication, coordination

7 With Good Moral Character
