Technology Support Intern

He/she will responsible for assisting technology team on internal and external technology support duties, such as implementing solutions, and managing hardware and software inventory.**Job description will include but not limited to**:- Works closely with developers to enable high-quality software development in an agile environment.- Deploying code into staging server.- Collaborate with developers to do some quality assurance work.- Manage, document and enhance both automated and manual operational processes.- Integrate and manage services to support internal and external users.- Troubleshooting for errors and resolving them.- Help with upgrading network equipment.- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers/laptops.**Spesific Qualification**:- Male/Female, max. 25 years old- Minimum education level: currently in college, high school, or vocational school. Majoring in a related field is a plus.- High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction or supervision.- Willing to be responsible for providing accommodation and your own personal needs during the internship.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
