Persyaratan
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree

- Presenting products to customers and establishing strong relationships with them
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirement
- Effectively use sales techniques to deal with sales prospects
- Create a good sales strategy to achieve targets
- Good at handling data, and create weekly recap
- Analyze behaviour and make a good relationship with potential customer
