**Responsibilities**:
- Generate sales leads: Proactively research and identify potential companies/businesses through various sources such as databases and online research.
- Identify Decision Makers: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to present our products/services and identify the decision makers and seek their contact details.
- Maintain accurate records: Update customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales management.
- Stay updated: Continuously expand knowledge of the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Coordinate with other team members, sales managers, to align sales pitches, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales function.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven telesales experience or similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen to customers, and convey information persuasively.
- Strong sales acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales deals.
- Resilience and persistence: Comfortable handling objections, rejection, and overcoming challenges to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented: Driven by personal and team goals, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Adaptability and coachability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, product information, and market dynamics.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct: Commitment to representing the company's values and maintaining professional standards in all interactions.
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
