Job Responsibility Telemarketing Specialist: Responsibilities: Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone. Build and lead telemarketing team for future business scale expansion. Monitor, support and correct team member works to achieve daily targets. Other task s will assign based on Company needs. Desired Experience Minimum 1 years' working experience in Telemarketing. Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech / Banking. Education Minimum diploma / bachelor degree. Maximum 26 years old. Desired Skills Good communication skills in English. Having computer abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and positive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and a team player. Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required.
