Telemarketing Staff

Called potential customer or customer, offering and introducting CrediNex product and services, all of which are done by telephone

Explain products and benefit, and answer questions from customers;
Be able to adjust sales scripts base on case type to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals;
Record and maintain information and reactions of prospects contacted;
Follow up customer through WhatsApp related the product that offer
Minimum high school graduate with some working experience in telemarketing

Be able to operate Microsoft office suites,

Has experience as Telesales, Telemarketing in finctech Industry minimum 1 years will be preferable

Friendly, responsible and dedicated,

Result oriented

Able to work in shifting schedule

Be able to work under pressure
