Address guests by name whenever possible- Bill call costs- Handle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the TelephoneSupervisor- Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations- Page staff member when requested- Abide by principles of guest privacy- Be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialled numbersYour experience and skills include:- Secondary / High school education- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in qatar?**Experience**:- Telephone Operator: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
