Telepon Operator

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**
- Oversees group reservations
- Liase with Front Office regarding billing and group posting matters
- Attending to guests' needs to ensure that they receive the best service
- Providing accurate hotel information to guests and answering their queries
- To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you a passion for food, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.

**Requirements**:
Essential and optional requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience in reservations. Focus and experience in group reservations is required.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in hotel settings, prior experience in a luxury hotel setting will be preferred
- Confident speaking skills
- Enthusiastic, spontaneous and empathic

**Salary**: Rp5,402,800 per month
