**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Engagement**: Lead and motivate a team of conversion associates to engage potential clients through telesales, promoting our Retail FX & CFDs products.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Oversee customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- **Onboarding Expertise**: Guide clients through the account opening process, facilitating a smooth onboarding journey.
- **Collaborative Conversion**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients and drive successful conversions.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must!
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 year of experience in managing a telesales team in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST!
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Results-Driven**: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
- **Communication Excellence**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Additional Information**:
**Salary**: Rp21,000,000 - Rp27,000,000 per month
