Tenant Relation Officer

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for general front desk duties such as handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents' inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum D3 or S1 graduate, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry
- Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position
- Good command in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Japanese language skill would be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Customer service oriented
- **Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
