**Mission statement**:
Develops innovative and cost-effective proposals in alignment with Hitachi Energy's standards and targets. Supports pre-sales technical and commercial activities for internal and external customers, in accordance with the APAC HUB strategy.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will implement local sales support and bidding strategy, ensure effective support of bid & proposal activities locally, and to lead in assigned region for Services activities.
- You will prepare of techno-commercial proposals through internal and external resources and ensure all proposals follow relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.
- You will ensure most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer's priorities (technical/commercial) and conditions and identify optimal approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) to better serve the customers.
- You will ensure all proposals terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) are in accordance and compliance to company's policy and collaborate with internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
- You will support bid/no bid analyses and decisions and participate in the deal Risk Review processes, ensure support to the Sales organizations during the technical meetings, product presentations, and in negotiation with customers to provide technical support and clarification as needed.
- You will hold him/herself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety, and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved, responsible for compliance with relevant HSE policy and procedures, ensure proactive risk assessment take place and corrective actions are monitored/followed up.

**Your background**:
- Engineering/Trade qualifications - Electrical or equivalent.
- More than 7 years' experience in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry in similar role
- Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication is an advantage.
- Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
