Tender / Proposal Engineer

Develop and review contract bids for projects based on what the client needs.

Gather supporting documentation to make the proposal more competitive.

Determine costs and timelines and may outline a variety of factors that may increase or decrease them.

May range from large building construction to software development.

Collaborate with sales or business development and design staff to ensure the contract proposal accurately reflects what the company can provide the client.

Must possess in-depth and industry-specific knowledge and experience to manage projects and affiliated contracts.

Have a bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in Proposal / Tender engineering for around 2 years.
