Job Description Develop and execute strategies aimed at accelerating growth, enhancing profit margins, and delivering value in alignment with company objectives. Establish and execute go-to-market plans, select distribution partners, and cultivate customer relationships to ensure comprehensive market coverage. Devise and implement pricing and positioning strategies to capture market share and support the distribution of the complete product portfolio. Cultivate new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Monitor sales trends, conduct analyses, and devise corrective measures as needed. Report on sales performance and key metrics, providing valuable market insights. Lead the development of monthly sales forecasts, annual sales plans, and marketing strategies. Implement a robust Customer Relationship Management system to enhance customer interactions. Recruit, develop, and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics. Define roles, responsibilities, and key initiatives for the team, ensuring accountability and effective reporting. Manage the sales budget efficiently, allocating resources optimally to drive results. Identify and pursue opportunities in new market segments and distribution channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional initiatives and campaigns. Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, driving them to surpass sales targets. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree from a university, along with a minimum of 5-6 years of sales experience in agriculture or agrochemcial industry Willing to frequently travel. Proficiency in English is preferred for potential future promotions. Ability to work autonomously. Having strong network in Central Java to develop and expanding distributor channel. Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to cultivate relationships, along with effective multitasking and collaboration with cross-functional teams when needed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as adeptness with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), are necessary.
