Responsibilities:
- Understands what drives sales volume based on understanding on market trends, competitive activity and trade and promotional spending.- Has strong understanding of the role of distributors. Understands and ensures distributor profitability.- Has basic knowledge of the size of the industry, the key players and the basic sales operational- Monitors marketplace and customer trends based on basic market understanding.- Understanding of the principle of trade effectiveness in achieving business objectives.- Understands the Distributor Operations and success measures.- Follows basic planning process to implement tactics to meet immediate business needs and align with customers.- Has strong customer knowledge developed from regular interaction with customers and sales team.- Clearly and effectively conveys verbal and written information and ideas.- Lead, Develop Team capabilities and motivation through Job training and Coaching.- Strong ability to execute plans in an effective, quality and timely manner with limited supervision.- Drive high performance with integrity.
Requirement- Degree Holder- Min 4 years experience in key account/sales management from FMCG sectors preferably in personal care portfolio- 1-2 years of supervisory experience/people management experience- Problem solving- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Good interpersonal skills
