Tour Operation & Mice Staff

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from Tourism University
- Minimum 2 years experience in Travel Industry preferably in Tour and MICE
- Experience with Tailor-Made Quotation, FIT and GIT reservations is preferred.
- Computer Literacy skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Domicile in Jabodetabek area

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling all products from Hotel, Tour and others (Travel Document, Travel Insurance).
- Designing, preparing and quoting FIT & Group Travel programs for our clients
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure travel arrangements; all reservations, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes are updated on operating system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Dealing with incoming calls or walk in customer and assist customer with their travel inquiries
- Provide solutions to customer's travel problem
