**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experiences in same position;
- Good communication in English;
- Strong project management skills;
- Ability to think critically and creatively;
- Strategic and Analytical: Assess marketplace and dynamics, identify opportunities and make the appropriate strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of leads
- Resource Management: Effective managing of resources and delegating effectively
- Business Acumen: Good understanding of the organization's objectives, operations, market environment and ethical issues
- Leadership Skills: Lead & solving for all operations & technical process, ecosystem & developing business and achieving the company's goals for retain & grow volume
- Willing to Travel

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Engagement**:

- Develops ideas for department especially for shipper to ensures new shipper acquisition (Referral & Brand Owner - Community Project) success and growth,
- Promotes all the programs to all stakeholders (commercial, shipper and other departments)
- Manages operational effectiveness for all project (Ninja loyalty & referral project)
- Formulate trade marketing programs strategy across categories (Open to business plan shipper & wallet share)
- Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders for all the activities
- Manage the database (target databases; build all database)
- Regular visits to big shipper or potential shipper with commercial team.
- Planning and implementation to ensure that shipper has constant/grow volume (coordination with commercial)
- Review top-performing shipper as well as new shipper to ensure relevant activation

External & Internal Partnership**:

- Strategic & Initiative open new opportunity to develops the existing and also new project
- Ideation to develop existing partner for project NX
- Prospect new potential partnership to develop NX programs
- Monitoring, analysis the progress & implemented programs
- Evaluation bi-weekly / monthly for business partners
- Engagement & Open strategy business plan opportunities for Big shipper to partner NX
- Ideation develop existing shipper support for Commercial (NSM & BD)
- Strategy scraping New potential Big shipper partnership to improve NX revenue & Awareness
- Monitoring progress & Implementation engagement / retention
- Report & Evaluation bi-weekly / monthly for number of retention & volume
