Identify and develop team of Beauty Advisors through well defined and executed training and coaching plans, to elevate the service standards, skill sets and improve productivity.- Plan and execute classroom based Training such as Basic Schools Training, campaign launches and all service/skill related training- Adaptation of training materials & cascade all product launches training materials provided by Regional & International Training department to suit the learning level of the training audiences of markets responsible for.- Identify and assess training/development needs of sales force via suitable assessment methods- Work closely with Retail & Operation team to identify talents, set up individual or group training/coaching plan so as to strengthen sales force's selling skills, product knowledge to improve their KPIs and for their development needs0- Work with Marketing to synergize campaign related training.- Periodically evaluate training effectiveness & work towards improving Training ROI- Manage and develop direct reports ie. Trainer & Field Coach- Partner closely and adopt regular communication with Regional Training team to get up-to-date information and share with relevant FBP team member so as to ensure alignment with Brand direction and to address any issues/ updates on products for sales team to share with customers accordingly.- Conduct Makeup Specialist, Makeup Artist, Skincare Therapist, Skincare specialist validation interviews on a need basis- Elevate the skill sets of all specialist roles- Manage customer complaints related to Product AllergiesRequirements:- Strong analytical (reading productivity reports/performance of Bas to gain insight and identify weakness/areas to coach) and organization skills- Good interpersonal and communications skills- Team player- Resourceful- Creative thinking (to enhance learning)
